About increase in share of the Republic of Belarus in authorized capitals of joint-stock companies
According to Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 23, 2016 "About state programs and rendering the state financial support" and the paragraph the fourth Item 12 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 16, 2019 No. 181 "About the organizations of cement industry" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 106
1. Increase share of the Republic of Belarus in authorized capitals of joint-stock companies by the amount of the state support provided from the republican budget in 2021 according to appendix.
In case of absence at joint-stock companies of own means increase in share of the Republic of Belarus in their authorized funds is performed in the years ahead in the presence of own means.
The number of the additionally issued shares transferred to the possession of the Republic of Belarus is calculated as the attitude of the amount of the allocated money towards nominal value of one share of joint-stock company. In case of obtaining as a result of calculation of fractional number of shares joint-stock companies direct to increase in authorized fund equity in the amount of, necessary for bringing number of additionally issued shares to the next integer.
2. To the Ministry of Architecture, concern Belarusian production trade forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry together with the State committee on property till September 1, 2022 to provide in accordance with the established procedure the solution of the questions connected with transfer into the ownership of the Republic of Belarus of shares of the joint-stock companies emitted according to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
