4. Provide crypto - to the exchanges the right:

earn for the rendered services reward, including crypto - assets, to establish its size and procedure for collection from bidders (clients);

organize the stock exchange transactions with residents and nonresidents of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to acquisition and (or) alienation crypto - assets for national and foreign currency, and also exchange crypto - assets on others crypto - assets.

6. To the national agency of project management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month:

approve in accordance with the established procedure and enact Regulations on procedure for licensing of activities crypto - the exchanges;

together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make in accordance with the established procedure offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the head of Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Z. Sh. Nizomiddinov, the first deputy director of the National agency of project management in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. R. Li and the first deputy adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. M. Mavlonov.
