About some questions on implementation of presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 3, 2022 No. 886 "About some questions of the administrative-territorial device of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and of May 3, 2022 No. 887 "About some questions of the administrative-territorial device of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize republican public institutions – territorial authorities of the central executive bodies and territorial subdivisions of their departments according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Reorganize republican public institutions – territorial subdivisions of departments of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to appendix 2 to this resolution, after execution of the actions provided in Items 13, of 36, of the 55th appendix 1 to this resolution.

3. Rename republican public institutions – territorial authorities of the central executive bodies and territorial subdivisions of their departments according to appendix 3 to this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To the central executive bodies and local executive bodies of the East Kazakhstan, Almaty, Karaganda regions and areas Abay, Zhet_s, Ulytau to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
