Some questions of protection of the rights deported and internally displaced persons
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the Representative for internally displaced persons which are applied.
2. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
3. Recognize invalid:
the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 11, 2017 No. 8 "About approval of the Actions plan, some fundamentals of the state domestic policy directed to realization concerning certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions where public authorities temporarily do not perform the powers";
the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 19, 2017 No. 498 "About modification of Item 9 of the Actions plan, some fundamentals of the state domestic policy directed to realization concerning certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions where public authorities temporarily do not perform the powers".
