About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures in the field of protection of atmospheric air

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2013 No. 503, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 6.6.1 "Receipt of the conclusion about absence in products of ozone-depleting substances" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.7.1 "Receipt of the certificate on confirmation of origin of energy" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.7.2 "Modification of the certificate on confirmation of origin of energy" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.21.1 "Receipt of permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.21.2 "Modification of permission to emissions of pollutants of atmospheric air" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.21.3 "Prolongation of effective period of permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 6.21.5 "Cancellation of permission to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air" (are attached);

Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 25.13.1 "Receipt of the conclusion (the allowing document) for import to customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from this territory or import to the Republic of Belarus from the territory of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union and (or) export from the Republic of Belarus on the territory of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries are applied provided by the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (appendix No. 7), ozone-depleting substances and products containing ozone-depleting substances" (is applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of August 29, 2011 No. 28 "About establishment of the application form about issue of the certificate on confirmation of origin of energy and form of the inspection report of location of installations on use of renewable energy resources and (or) platforms of physical layout of installations on use of renewable energy resources";

subitem 1.6 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of April 25, 2018 No. 7 "About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus".

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
