1. Take into consideration that according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2022 No. UP-60 "About the Strategy of Development for New Uzbekistan for 2022 - 2026" for rendering practical assistance to the citizens who served custodial sanction in finding by them in the future the place in society implements system of provision of "packet of primary social financial support".
2. Create in each area (city) under the direction of hokim of areas (cities) the Interdepartmental permanent commissions on consideration of question of provision of "packet of primary social financial support" on assistance of social adaptation of the citizens who served custodial sanction (further - the Interdepartmental commissions).
3. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for provision of "packet of primary social financial support" on assistance of social adaptation of the citizens who served custodial sanction according to appendix No. 1;
Standard structure of the interdepartmental permanent commissions on consideration of question of provision of "packet of primary social financial support" on assistance of social adaptation of the citizens who served custodial sanction according to appendix No. 2.
4. Determine that since September 1, 2022:
