The purpose of this Federal Law is increase in efficiency of involvement of by-products of livestock production in agricultural production, including for ensuring reproduction of fertility of lands agricultural purpose.
For the purposes of this Federal Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) livestock production by-products - the substances formed in case of content of farm animals, including manure, dung, laying, drains, and used in agricultural production;
2) the address of by-products of livestock production - activities for storage, processing, conversion, transportation, realization and use of by-products of livestock production in agricultural production;
3) objects for storage, processing, conversion of by-products of livestock production (further - specialized platforms) - specially equipped constructions and (or) places intended for storage and (or) processing, conversion of by-products of livestock production, including the dung-yard, pometokhranilishch;
4) storage of by-products of livestock production - warehousing of by-products of livestock production on specialized platforms;
5) processing, conversion of by-products of livestock production - preparation of by-products of livestock production on specialized platforms to their use or realization;
6) transportation of by-products of livestock production - movement of by-products of livestock production for the purpose of their storage, processing, conversion, realization and (or) use;
7) use of by-products of livestock production - entering of the processed, processed livestock production by-products into the soil for ensuring reproduction of fertility of lands agricultural purpose.
