About creation of the state company "Kyrgyztransneftegaz" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of state regulation and management in oil and gas industry, according to article 23 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About oil and gas", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Create the state company "Kyrgyztransneftegaz" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Allocate the state company "Kyrgyztransneftegaz" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic with the rights of the national operator on transportation, storage, conversion of the natural and liquefied gas and sale of oil, gas and products of their conversion.
3. Approve:
- The charter of the state company "Kyrgyztransneftegaz" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- the scheme of management of the state company "Kyrgyztransneftegaz" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
4. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer in accordance with the established procedure to the state company "Kyrgyztransneftegaz" in case of the Department of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic objects of the gas-technical constructions located in the territory of the oil and gas field "Northern Dried" of Kadamzhaysky district of Batken Province on the right of operational management.
