About duration of the annual main extended leave granted to pedagogical employees of the educational organizations

For the purpose of increase in social security of pedagogical employees of the educational organizations of all education levels, implementation of Article 380 of the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic, being guided by articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish duration of the annual main extended leave granted to pedagogical employees of the educational organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership according to appendix.

2. Recognize to invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About duration of the annual main extended leave granted to pedagogical employees of the educational organizations" of April 25, 2006 No. 295" of February 19, 2007 No. 58;

- Item 5 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About condition and development of network of the preschool and out-of-school educational organizations" of July 28, 2009 No. 478;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About duration of the annual main extended leave granted to pedagogical employees of the educational organizations" of April 25, 2006 No. 295" of July 29, 2013 No. 422;

- Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About entering of amendments into some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 17, 2017 No. 28;

- Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of education" of May 15, 2018 No. 234.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
