About approval of the Method of carrying out the analysis of competitive situation in the markets of financial services
According to the subitem 2) Item 2 of article 196 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Approve the enclosed Method of carrying out the analysis of competitive situation in the markets of financial services.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2017 No. 85 "About approval of the Method of carrying out the analysis of competitive situation concerning the financial organizations" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14927).
3. In the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to department of the financial markets and other industries of the Agency on protection and development of the competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Agency):
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Agency after its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-chairman of the Agency.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

2. In this Technique the concepts determined by the Code and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of state regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations are used.
