About additional measures of increase in efficiency of activities of special economic, small industrial, youth industrial and entrepreneurial zones
For the purpose of further simplification of system of coordination and management of activities of special economic, small industrial, youth industrial and entrepreneurial zones (further - industrial zones), improvements of conditions for investment attraction, ensuring the accelerated implementation of investment projects, creations on this basis of new workplaces and increases in the income of the population:
1. Transform single directorates on management of small industrial zones in the form of public institution in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent to single directorates on management of small and youth industrial zones (further - single directorates) and to assign to them additional tasks on development of youth industrial and entrepreneurial zones and exposure to electronic online auction of land which are in their territory, buildings and constructions.
2. Abolish administrative boards of special economic zones and small industrial zones in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and the city of Tashkent, to assign their tasks respectively to directorates of special economic zones and single directorates.
3. Cancel the requirement of receipt of the conclusion SUE Center of Complex Examination of Projects and Import Contracts according to business plans or feasibility statements on investment projects in the territory of special economic zones.
At the same time the conclusion about compliance of the projects offered to realization in the territory of special economic zones, to requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About special economic zones" is accepted by directorates of special economic zones independently.
4. Establish since July 1, 2022 procedure according to which:
