Bring in the Standard instruction about procedure for accounting, storage, use and destruction of the documents and other material data carriers containing the office information approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 19, 2016 No. 736 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 85, Art. 2783; 2021, No. 56, the Art. 3453), changes which are applied.

1. In paragraph one of Item 13 of the word and figures "and GSTU 4163-2003" shall be replaced with words both figures "and GSTU 4163-2020".
2. In Item 48 of the word "own name and surname" shall be replaced with words "surname and own name, and the words "Pyotr Marchenko" - the words "Marchenko Pyotr".
3. Add Item 96 with paragraphs of the following content:
