For the purpose of strengthening of address social protection of veterans of World War II, the former minor prisoners of the fascist concentration camps and citizens working during blockade of the city of Leningrad, aged and persons with disability, further improvement of quality of the social services rendered to them, and also implementation of transparent and effective mechanisms of the state support of these citizens:

1. Establish procedure according to which:

to veterans of war of 1941 - 1945, the being minor prisoners of fascist concentration camps and citizens working during blockade of the city of Leningrad and also needing foreign leaving lonely aged and to persons with disability instead of food products and the hygienic goods delivered on free basis monthly payment of additional fare in single size of basic settlement size is entered (further - surcharge);

to veterans of war of 1941 - 1945 and the being minor prisoners of fascist concentration camps and citizens working during blockade of the city of Leningrad instead of necessary clothes and footwear delivered on free basis compensation for acquisition of clothes which is annually paid in August in 15-fold size of basic settlement size is entered (further - compensation).

Determine that compensation and surcharge are paid to persons brought in this Item, in the operating payment procedure of their pensions and benefits.

2. To make financing of surcharges and compensations:

a) to the receivers of pensions staying on the registry in the Pension fund:

surcharges - at the expense of means of the Pension fund;

compensations - at the expense of means of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

b) to receivers of pensions and the allowances granted by the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Service of state security, Public service of safety of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional court, the Supreme judicial council, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Center of development of electronic technologies, National guard, Customs committee under the Ministry of Economics and finance and the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan - at the expense of the budgetary funds allocated to these ministries and departments.

3. To the Ministry of Finance provide assignment, the actions, necessary for implementation, provided by this resolution within the extreme size of the means provided in 2022 in parameters of the Government budget for delivery on free basis of food products, hygienic goods and clothes to veterans of war of 1941 - 1945, the being minor prisoners of fascist concentration camps and citizens working during blockade of the city of Leningrad and also needing foreign leaving lonely aged and to persons with disability.

4. To the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty, to the Ministry of support waved also the senior generation, to the State committee of family and women, to Agency on cases of youth, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, to khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent to provide regular rendering additional material support and the public assistance to persons of preferential category listed in Item 1 of this resolution, at the expense of means of local budgets, Kindness and Support Fund, Fund of support of youth - included in "Youth notebook", Fund in supports of women - included in "Female notebook".

5. Recommend to National news agency of Uzbekistan, National broadcasting company of Uzbekistan and the Agency of information and mass communications to light regularly on a large scale among the population of the purpose and task of this resolution in printing and electronic mass media, including by means of the world information Internet, on system basis.

6. To the Ministry of Finance together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in acts of the legislation following from this resolution.
