About additional measures for targeted support of the segments of the population needing social protection

For the purpose of the state targeted support of the segments of the population needing social protection, including needy families with children, increase in level of their material wealth, ensuring protection of interests of representatives of the senior generation, and also consecutive continuation of actions in the spirit of humanity, generosity and mercy:

1. Give one-time financial support to the following segments of the population needing social protection at the expense of means of the Government budget:

a) to receivers of pension and benefit on age, pension and disability benefits, benefits of the disabled person since the childhood, to each member of the family of the receiver of pension and benefit on the occasion of loss of the supporter, and also to receivers of attendance allowance for the handicapped child aged up to 18 years needing foreign leaving:

in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas - on 300 thousand sum;

in the city of Tashkent - on 400 thousand sum.

To receivers of the pensions at the expense of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan granted by other bodies, one-time financial support appears the relevant ministries and departments on conditions and in the sizes provided by the subitem "an" of this Item;

b) to the families receiving financial support as needy, and also each child up to 18 years from the families receiving children's benefit as needy, appointed by means of the information system "Unified Register of Social Protection", - on 200 thousand sum.

To persons having the right to one-time financial support on several categories, one-time financial support is paid on each category.

2. To provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent, the Central bank and commercial banks in two weeks complete payment of the payments of one-time financial support determined by this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Finance in week time to provide allocation to the Pension fund, the relevant ministries and departments of the means necessary for financing of the actions connected with this resolution from the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Confer responsibility for ensuring target and address delivery to the one-time financial support given according to this resolution on:

The pension fund - for ensuring delivery of the pay-sheets created for payment of one-time financial support, Joint-stock commercially to People's Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan and other commercial banks within one day;

The joint-stock and commercial People's Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, other commercial banks paying pensions and benefits, and also the ministries and departments granting pensions at the expense of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan - for the organization of timely delivery to receivers of money of one-time financial support for jurisdiction;

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and the city of Tashkent - for the organization of necessary measures for providing and control of timely address payment of one-time financial support;

The Ministry of Finance - for complete and timely allocation of necessary means to the off-budget Pension fund, and also the relevant ministries and departments granting pensions.

5. To the chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokima of areas, city of Tashkent, areas (cities) and heads of sectors:

a) create the list of the needing families included in "Iron notebook" which did not receive money of one-time financial support based on this resolution, provide 20 kilograms of flour to each member of these families on a grant basis by fund "Kindness and support";

b) provide regular provision of flour on a grant basis or rendering financial support in the form of cash to the families which are in difficult social position at the expense of Kindness and Support Fund and other sources.

At the same time during 2022 together with chairmen of makhallinsky descents of citizens and assistants to hokim to carry out studying of condition of the needing families in each makhallinsky descent of citizens on permanent basis.

6. To the Ministry of Finance (T. A. Ishmetov) in week time to provide assignment from reserve fund of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan to territorial subdivisions of Kindness and Support Fund by means of local budgets of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and areas according to appendix.

7. To the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economic Development and reducings poverty together with National news agency of Uzbekistan, National broadcasting company of Uzbekistan and the Agency of information and mass communications to organize work on extended coverage of the purposes and tasks of this resolution in mass media and the Internet.

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
