Some questions of production and execution of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine in the conditions of warlike situation

According to article 12-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides No. 64:

Determine that:

during action of warlike situation and within three months from the date of its termination or cancellation production of the form of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine which model and the technical description are approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 302 "About approval of sample of the form, technical description and the Procedure for registration, issue, exchange, transfer, withdrawal, return to the state, recognitions invalid and destructions of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 40, the Art. 1188, No. 101, Art. 3477; 2016, No. 87, the Art. 2829), is performed without entering of means of the qualified digital signature into the contactless electronic medium which contains in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine;

issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine who is drawn up with use of the form of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine made according to the paragraph the second this resolution is performed without entering into the contactless electronic medium which contains in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine, means of the qualified digital signature and means of enciphering;

the passport of the citizen of Ukraine which is drawn up and issued with use of the form of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine made according to the paragraph the second this resolution is effective during the term for which it was issued, and is not subject to obligatory exchange.
