The federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of the state national policy of the Russian Federation having the right to direct the representatives for participation in constituent conference (congress) of federal or regional national and cultural autonomy.
The federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of the state national policy of the Russian Federation performs maintaining the register of national and cultural autonomies based on the information provided by the federal executive body authorized in the field of registration of non-profit organizations or its territorial authorities.
The procedure for maintaining the register of national and cultural autonomies, structure of the data included in it and procedure in connection with maintaining the register of national and cultural autonomies of interdepartmental interaction are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.
