About approval of Hygienic requirements to small-scale production and turnover of milk

According to the paragraph to the second part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles and requirements to safety and quality of foodstuff", to Items 2 and 9 of Comprehensive strategy of implementation of Chapter IV (Sanitary and phytosanitary measures) of the Section IV "The trade and questions connected with trade" Agreements on association between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and their state members from other party approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 24, 2016 to No. 228-r, Items 221, 234 and 391 actions plans on agreement performance about association between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, European Atomic Energy Community and their state members, on the other hand, of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 25, 2017 No. 1106, to Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine to No. approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 124, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve Hygienic requirements to small-scale production and turnover of milk which are applied.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of State department of veterinary medicine of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of March 21, 2002 No. 17 "About approval of Veterinary and health requirements to personal peasant economy - producers of raw commodity milk", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 05, 2002 for No. 336/6624;

2) the order of State department of veterinary medicine of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of March 21, 2002 No. 18 "About approval of Veterinary and health requirements to Items of purchase of milk from the animals containing in personal peasant economy", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 05, 2002 for No. 337/6625.

3. Provide to legal support department submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
