Some questions of carrying out external audit of activities of authorized body in the sphere of protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine

According to part three of article 26 of the Law of Ukraine "About critical infrastructure" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that the report on external audit of activities of authorized body in the sphere of protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine is constituted by Audit Chamber on form and content, certain Law of Ukraine "About Audit Chamber" and Regulations of Audit Chamber.

2. Recommend to Audit Chamber in the sphere of protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine to provide in the report on external audit of activities of authorized body:

analysis results and estimates of implementation of the powers assigned to authorized body in the sphere of protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine by article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About critical infrastructure";

the established circumstances which can negatively and/or positively influence implementation of powers by authorized body in the sphere of protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine;

conclusions on providing or failure to provide of implementation of powers by authorized body in the sphere of protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine;

recommendations (offer) on enhancement of activities of authorized body in the sphere of protection of critical infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective along with enforcement of the Law of Ukraine "About critical infrastructure", but not earlier than day of its publication.
