About recognition voided some joint orders and resolutions
According to Item 1 of article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About legal acts" the financial monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Agency) ORDERS and the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Recognize invalid some joint orders and resolutions according to appendix to this joint order and the resolution.
2. To provide to legal support department of the Agency in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of the presents of the joint order and resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of the presents of the joint order and resolution on official Internet resource of the Agency.
3. The presents the joint order and the resolution become effective after ten calendar days after day of their first official publication.
