Rules of connection (technological accession) of capital construction projects to networks of telecommunication

I. General provisions

1. These rules determine procedure for connection (technological accession) to networks of telecommunication of the projectible, under construction, reconstructed or constructed, reconstructed, but not connected to networks of telecommunication capital construction projects.

"the agreement on connection" - the agreement on connection (technological accession) of capital construction project to network of telecommunication;

"applicant" - the legal entity or physical person, including the individual entrepreneur, intended to perform or performing construction (reconstruction) of capital construction project with the subsequent connection (technological accession) it to network of telecommunication or connection (technological accession) of capital construction project to network of telecommunication, and also persons specified regarding the 52nd article 48 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation in case of the direction of requests about issue of specifications;

"contractor" - the telecom operator owning on the property right or on other legal cause of telecommunication by networks to which connection (technological accession) of capital construction projects is performed;

"object of network of telecommunication" - the fragment of network of telecommunication placed on capital construction project including means of communication and (or) communication lines;
