About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the field of civil protection
According to Item 9 of the Section XIX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About electronic communications", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in the field of civil protection in compliance with the legislation I order:
1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the field of civil protection which are attached.
2. To provide to management of civil protection, prevention of emergence of emergency situations and liquidation of their effects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (V.'s Racer) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
