According to Articles 26, 27 and 33 Maritime Codes of Ukraine, to Item 3 parts three and to Item 11 parts four of Article 5, to Articles 32, 35 - 37 and 39, to Items 3 and 10 of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About inland water transport", article 16-3 of the Law of Ukraine "About transport", order to the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2015 No. 460, to Regulations on Public service sea and inland water transport and navigation of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 06, 2022 No. 212,:

1. Approve the Order of registration of courts in the State ship register of Ukraine and the Ship book of Ukraine which is attached.

2. Determine that

all ship's papers issued before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About inland water transport" are valid during the period for which they are issued;

behind the courts registered in the State ship register of Ukraine and the Ship book of Ukraine before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About inland water transport" the assigned registration (identification) numbers remain;

all registration authorities of courts which functioned before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About inland water transport" within a month from entry into force of this order, transfer to Public service sea and inland water transport and navigation of Ukraine books the State ship register, Ship books of Ukraine, the created ship cases, unused forms of standard forms of registration documents, other documents concerning registration actions with courts.

3. To provide to management of sea and river transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

4. To provide to the sector of external communications placement of this order on the official website of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

6. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Vaskov Yu.

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure establishes requirements to state registration and temporary registration of courts in the State ship register of Ukraine and the Ship book of Ukraine, the procedure of modification, exception and temporary exception of courts, registrations and issues of new ship's papers instead of lost, accounting of courts in Ukraine.

2. Action of this Procedure does not extend on:

warships;

the motor boats, boats and other watercrafts belonging to any vessel and intended for ensuring safe operation of the vessel;
