About additional measures for the effective organization of execution of the tasks determined in the Strategy of development of agricultural industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020-2030

1. Within the Strategy of development of agricultural industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2020 - 2030:

a) in the direction of development and realization of state policy on ensuring food security of the population until the end of 2022:

in the Tashkent and Fergana regions with involvement of the Atyab International Service company ("Atyab International Service") of the Sultanate of Oman by producers of products the accredited laboratories including safety of food products, quality control and internationally acknowledged systems of certification are put into operation;

in case of establishment of the Ministry of Agriculture the Kokand International institute of food technologies and engineering to whom the task of training of the highly qualified personnel capable to implement the quality standards (Global G.A.P, Organic, HACCP and others) recognized in the international markets at the level of the international educational standards is assigned is created.

To the Ministry of Agriculture (Zh. Hodzhayev, A. Shukurov) to take measures for putting into operation of accredited laboratories of safety of food products, creation and the organization of activities of the Kokand international institute of food technologies and engineering till the end of 2022;

b) in the direction of creation favorable agrobusiness climate and chains of value added till the end of the current year:

investment projects in the agrarian sphere by total cost to 400 million US dollars at the expense of means of the international financial institutions are started;

in each region the minimum on one center of agrologistics in which the possibility of receipt of the quality certificates recognized in the international markets will be framed is created.

To the Ministry of Agriculture (Zh. Hodzhayev, Sh. Mirzayev, H. Karimov) together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and khokimiyats of areas to take measures for forming, identification of initiators and timely project startup;

c) in the directions of reduction of participation of the state in the field of increase in investment appeal and development of the rural zone till the end of 2022:

within means of the "Development of Rural Entrepreneurship in the Fergana Valley" project with participation of the World Bank in the selected Altynkulsky district of the Andijan region, Chustsky districts of the Namangan region and Rishtansky district of the Fergana region special (pilot) projects of cultivation of fruit and vegetable products with use of the innovation approaches are implemented by intensive method;

together with the Gaziantep research institution of fistashkovodstvo of Turkey in the Samarkand region the Uzbek-Turkish scientific center of fistashkovodstvo is created, measures for creation of grades of national pistachio nuts and construction of their stock nurseries on the basis of collection of high-yielding varieties of pistachio nuts of Turkey, and also specialization of Nurabadsky district on fistashkovodstvo are taken.
