About measures for enhancement of judicial system in connection with formation of Kukdalinsky district as a part of the Kashkadarya region

Based on article 89 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About courts" in connection with change of borders of Chirakchinsky district of the Kashkadarya region and formation of Kukdalinsky district as a part of the Kashkadarya region:

1. Form in the Kashkadarya region Kukdalinsky district court on criminal cases.

2. Transform Chirakchinsky district court on civil cases and Chirakchinsky district economic court, within the existing established posts, respectively to Chirakchinsky interdistrict court on civil cases and Chirakchinsky interdistrict economic court.

Include Kukdalinsky district of the Kashkadarya region in zone of jurisdiction of Chirakchinsky interdistrict court on civil cases, Chirakchinsky interdistrict economic court and the Qarshi interdistrict administrative court.

3. Approve the offer of the Supreme Court and Ministry of Finance on transfer to Kukdalinsky district court on criminal cases of one established post of the judge and one established post of the assistant judge of Chirakchinsky district court on criminal cases.

4. To the Supreme Court together with the Ministry of Finance in two weeks to make changes to staff lists of the relevant courts.

5. To provide to khokimiyat of the Kashkadarya region together with the Supreme Court placement of newly created Kukdalinsky district court on criminal cases.

6. Make addition and changes to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

7. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. D. Islamov.
