About modification of Item 6.1 of the Section VI of the Procedure for hearing of cases on violation by legal entities of requirements of the legislation in the field of the state export control
According to part three of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I order:
1. Add Item 6.1 of the Section VI of the Procedure for hearing of cases on violation by legal entities of requirements of the legislation in the field of the state export control approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of December 16, 2013 No. 1490, the new paragraph of the following content registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 17, 2014 for No. 101/24878,:
"In the cases determined by the legislation the resolution on imposing on the legal entity of penalty can be issued in electronic form with imposing of the qualified digital signature.".
2. To submit to department of economy of safety and defense of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of Public service of export control of Ukraine.
