RESOLUTION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

About additional measures for development of preschool and school education

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 11, 2022 No. UP-134 "About Approval of the National Program for Development of School Education in 2022 - 2026":

1. For the purpose of increase in efficiency of spiritual and educational work in organizations of general secondary education and strengthening of the directors' liability of schools, parents and chairmen makhally in this direction to the Ministry of preschool and school education together with the interested ministries and departments since September 1, 2022 to create and to regularly announce the rating of model schools (further - rating) by all areas (cities) of the republic.

Determine that:

within rating following the results of each academic year based on the criteria approved by the Ministry of preschool and school education assessment of condition of the spiritual and educational work which is carried out in organizations of general secondary education is performed;

for assessment and maintaining rating of condition of the spiritual and educational work which is carried out in organizations of general secondary education under the leadership of chiefs of departments of preschool and school education of areas (cities) the special commissions are created;

organizations of general secondary education on the basis of rating indicators are divided into "green", "yellow" and "red" categories;

in the organizations of general secondary education included on the basis of rating indicators in category "red" necessary measures for increase in efficiency of spiritual and educational work are taken.

2. To the ministry of preschool and school education (H. Umarov), the Ministry of Internal Affairs (P. Bobozhonov), to the Ministry of Defence (B. Kurbanov), National guard (R. Dzhurayev), to Agency on cases of youth (A. Sajdullayev), to the Republican center of spirituality and enlightenment (M. Hodzhimatov) together with other ministries and departments since September 1, 2022 in the organizations of general secondary education included on the basis of rating indicators in category "red":

organize for pupils of schools of meeting, motivational conversations and master classes with involvement of representatives of the intellectuals and senior generation, successful entrepreneurs, heads of clusters and industrial enterprises, the famous actors, athletes and actors, and also popular bloggers;

take measures for carrying out for pupils of schools of lessons of patriotism of Vatanparvarlik and two-day field occupations on polygons, and also to attraction them in schools of equestrians, to organize conversations at "round table" on the subjects "All of Us Are Responsible for Peace of the Homeland!", "Freedom of the Homeland — the Guarantor of Happiness!", "Serve the Homeland — Great Honour" with participation of officers, sergeants of military units and veterans of Armed Forces;

organize excursions of pupils in architectural and historical monuments, cultural institutions, and also nature protection zones;

hold sports competitions, concert representations and exhibitions of works of art proceeding from interests and wishes of pupils;

carry out work on promotion of scientific and cultural heritage of our great ancestors, their instructive course of life, and also the contribution to development of world civilization made by them, organize the scientific weeks, seminars and conferences devoted to birth dates of great thinkers and scientists;

carry out explanatory work about role, obligations and responsibility of parents in education of children on the basis of vital examples, to organize open dialogues and educational seminars on the questions interesting and concerning them.
