About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, Art. 1455; 2016, No. 42, the Art. 1578), changes which are applied.

1. To add Item 1 paragraph two after words of "system of insurance fund of documentation" with words "; provides realization of state policy in the field of collection in the income of the state of assets of persons to which sanctions are applied".
2. Add Item 3 with subitem 2-10 of the following content:
"2-10) ensuring realization of state policy in the field of collection in the income of the state of assets of persons to which sanctions, including taking measures to identification and search of assets of the physical persons and legal entities specified in relevant decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine are applied;".
3. Add item 4 with subitem 54-3 of the following content:
"54-3) takes a legal action with claims and takes part in cases of application of the sanction, stipulated in Item 1-1 part one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About sanctions";".
