About approval of regulations of ministerial procedure

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" of subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958, the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to the subitem * 16.41.1 "Inclusion in the state register of the organizations which can act as authorized persons on management of common property of joint household modification of the register, exception of the register" it (is applied).

Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 16.41.1 "Inclusion in the state register of the organizations which can act as authorized persons on management of common property of joint household, modification of the register, exception of the register"

1. Features of implementation of ministerial procedure:

1.1. name of authorized body (jurisdiction of ministerial procedure): local executive and administrative organ of basic territorial level, and also administration of the area in Minsk;

1.3. other available features of implementation of ministerial procedure:

1.3.1. ministerial procedure is performed concerning the legal entities who are residents of the Republic of Belarus (paragraph two of Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the state register);

1.3.2. the basis for refusal in implementation of ministerial procedure in addition to the bases specified in article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures" is determined in Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the state register.
