About financing of expenses of the republican budget
Based on paragraphs of twenty third and thirty third subitem 2.10 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 93
1. Specify within the total amount of the financing established by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2022 No. 18 "About approval of the State investing program for 2022", amounts of the state capital investments, lists of buildings and objects regarding inclusion in them of new objects according to appendix for financing of their construction (reconstruction) within projects implementation:
"Expansion of steady power use" – on 1310 thousand rubles (The state committee on standardization);
"Upgrade of education system of the Republic of Belarus" and "Upgrade of the higher education of the Republic of Belarus" – on 7520 thousand rubles (Ministry of Education);
"Clear water of the Vitebsk region" – on 2940 thousand rubles (Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities).
Item-by-item lists of financing of construction (reconstruction) according to part one of this Item are determined by the State committee on standardization, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities together with the Vitebsk regional executive committee in coordination with the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance.
2. Increase the expenses of the republican budget for functional classification provided in 2022:
on the higher and postgraduate education to the Ministry of Education, on 700 thousand rubles on project implementation "Upgrade of system of heating and hot water supply of cases of the Polotsk state university in the settlement Entre Rios with the device of boiler rooms on natural gas";

on the interbudget transfers transferred from the republican budget to consolidated budgets of areas on 4100 thousand rubles, including:
in the consolidated budget of the Brest region on project implementation "Capital repairs with elements of upgrade of the building of public institution of education "Malkovichsky high school" to the address ag. Malkovich, Ulitsa Sovetskaya, 83" (the first start-up complex) – on 100 thousand rubles;
in the consolidated budget of the Vitebsk region on projects implementation:
"Capital repairs with elements of upgrade and improvement of public institution of education "High school No. 14 of Polotsk", at the address: Polotsk, Ulitsa Leningradskaya, 87a" (the third start-up complex) – on 2500 thousand rubles;
"Capital repairs with upgrade of public institution of education "Zaslonovsky high school of Lepelsky district" (the second start-up complex) – on 1500 thousand rubles.
3. Reduce in 2022 the expenses of the republican budget for functional classification provided to the Ministry of Sport and tourism on sport (by payment of prizes to athletes and remunerations to trainers), by 6630 thousand rubles.
4. Increase in 2022 expenses of the republican budget for functional classification on other questions in the field of law-enforcement activities and safety to the Ministry of Internal Affairs on 2569, of 8 thousand rubles (by content and operation of republican monitoring system of public safety) due to the corresponding reduction of the expenses provided on other nation-wide questions to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (on production of identity documents).
5. To the Ministry of Economics by preparation of the project of regulatory legal act about modification of the State investing program for 2022 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 26, 2022 No. 18, to consider means and objects according to Item 1 of this resolution.
6. To the Ministry of Finance to take measures for implementation of this resolution.
