1. Approve the enclosed Rules of determination of the amount of the payments connected with sending in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic and other territories needing ensuring activity of the population and recovery of infrastructure facilities, separate employee categories.

2. To the workers replacing the positions in federal state bodies which are not carried to positions of Federal public civil service, employees of the organizations and organizations subordinated to federal state bodies, and also the employees of other organizations who are directly involved in performance of works (rendering services) in ensuring activity of the population and (or) to recovery of infrastructure facilities in the territories needing ensuring activity of the population and recovery of the infrastructure facilities determined by the Government of the Russian Federation in case of the direction in official journeys on the specified territories:

daily allowance in rubles is paid in the sizes established by appendix No. 1(1) to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2005 No. 812 "About the size and payment procedure of daily allowance and allowances to daily allowance in case of official journeys in the territory of foreign states of the workers who signed the employment contract about work in federal state bodies, the employees of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, federal state institutions, the military personnel passing military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies and federal state bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, and also about the size and procedure for compensation by the specified serviceman of additional expenses in case of official journeys in the territory of foreign states" and expenses on hiring of premises are refunded according to line items 54(1) and 99 (1) appendices to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 22, 2020 No. 1267 "About limit establishment of rates of expense recovery on hiring of premises in case of official journeys in the territory of foreign states of federal government civil servants, the military personnel passing military service under the contract in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, federal executive bodies and federal state bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, the workers who signed the employment contract about work in federal state bodies, employees of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation, federal state institutions and recognition as No. 812 which voided Item 10 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 26, 2005";

Financial provision of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed concerning federal state bodies and the organizations and organizations subordinated to them for the account and within the budgetary appropriations provided in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year concerning other organizations which employees are directly involved in performance of works (rendering services) in ensuring activity of the population and (or) to recovery of infrastructure facilities in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic and other territories needing ensuring activity of the population and recovery of the infrastructure facilities determined by the Government of the Russian Federation - at the expense of means of the relevant organizations.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
