About approval of the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States according to the prevention and suppression of use of false trademarks and geographical instructions signed on May 28, 2021 in the city of Minsk

For the purpose of accomplishment of interstate procedures, according to article 18 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Agreement on cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States enclosed in official language according to the prevention and suppression of use of false trademarks and geographical instructions signed on May 28, 2021 in the city of Minsk.

2. Responsibility for obligation fulfillment, following from this agreement to assign to the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic, Service of anti-monopoly regulation under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State agency of intellectual property and innovations under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on accomplishment by the Kyrgyz Republic of the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force of the above-stated Agreement.

4. After entry into force of the above-named Agreement for the Kyrgyz Republic to recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Agreement on measures for the prevention and suppression of use of false trademarks and geographical instructions" of December 8, 1999 No. 670;

- Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 8, 2012 No. 554.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
