About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 2022 No. 472 and approval of the Procedure for use of funds from the account for requirements satisfaction of culture, arts, the creative industries, protection and preserving cultural heritage, cultural values, support of mass media
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 19, 2022 No. 472 "Some questions of use of the means arriving into official accounts for donations in support of Ukraine" - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 3, 2022 No. 516 and of May 13, 2022 No. 586, changes which are applied.
2. Approve the Procedure for use of funds from the account for requirements satisfaction of culture, arts, the creative industries, protection and preserving cultural heritage, cultural values, supports of mass media which is applied.

1. Add the resolution with Item 4-3 of the following content:
"4-3. And information policy in coordination with National Bank to provide to the Ministry of Culture opening of the current account for receipt of funds in national and foreign currency from physical persons and legal entities, residents and nonresidents as donations of the charitable, humanitarian assistance, grants and gifts for requirements satisfaction of culture, arts, the creative industries, protection and preserving cultural heritage, cultural values, supports of mass media.".
2. According to the procedure of use of official accounts for donations in support of Ukraine "United24" approved by the specified resolution:
1) Item 2 after the words "the account for requirements satisfaction of science and education" to add with words ", the account for requirements satisfaction of culture, arts, the creative industries, protection and preserving cultural heritage, cultural values, supports of mass media";
2) in Item 3:
the subitem 3 after words of "organizations of education" to add with the word", cultures";
add Item with the subitem 8 of the following content:
"8) MKIP - from the account for requirements satisfaction of culture, arts, the creative industries, protection and preserving cultural heritage, cultural values, support of mass media.";
3) Item 5 paragraph two after the word "Minsotspolitiki" to add with the word", MKIP";
4) to add appendix to the Procedure with Sections of the following content:
