About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2019 No. 35
Based on subitem 6.37 of Item 6, of subitems 7.1.13 and 7.1.14 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1589, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for the request for pension and the organizations of work and record keeping to destination and pension payment, approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2019 No. 35, the following changes:
in part two of Item 2 of the word "The law of the Republic of Belarus of February 29, 1996 No. 138-XIII "About compulsory insurance premiums in the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "The law of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2021 No. 118-Z "About budget payments of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus";
in appendix 2 to this Instruction:
to state the column "Note" of subitem 3.5 of Item 3 in the following edition:
"it is provided by subitem 3.4 of Item 3 of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 9, 2021 No. 77 "About questions of conducting medico-social examination";
to state the column "Note" of subitem 4.6 of item 4 and subitem 5.2 of Item 5 in the following edition:
"it is provided by subitem 3.4 of Item 3 of the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of June 9, 2021 No. 77";
