1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for decision making about prolongation or reducing term of temporary stay of the foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation.

2. Recognize invalid:

2.1. The order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia of December 18, 2017 No. 933 "About approval of the Procedure for decision making about prolongation or reducing term of temporary stay of the foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation" <3>.

Procedure for decision making about prolongation or reducing term of temporary stay of the foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation

I. General provisions

1. In the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the regional and district levels <1> acceptance, consideration and preparation of materials about prolongation or reducing term of temporary stay of the foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation <2> are performed by officials of Head department concerning migration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, divisions concerning migration of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (including divisions concerning migration of departments (departments, Items) of police of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia at the district level) on whom respectively the chief of GUVM Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, by the chief of division concerning migration of territorial authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia assigns these functions <3>.
