According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the current legislation it is ordered:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers about the income (lack of the income) of physical persons which addressed for purpose of government assistance which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 04, 2016 No. 1287/926 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine of information from the State register of physical persons - taxpayers about income (lack of the income) gained by physical persons which addressed for purpose of government assistance", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 1, 2016 for No. 1558/29688.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of targeted social support of the population and development of social inspection of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine (Ryazanov N. G.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of social policy of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations and the Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.
