According to the subitem 3 of Item 1 of Article 120 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union and Item 129.23 of appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Determine that for the purpose of realization of Item 1.4 of the list of measures for increase in stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, including ensuring macroeconomic stability, the Council of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the order of March 17, 2022 No. 12, to release before submission of the declaration on goods according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption can be declared the goods included in lists according to appendices No. 2, 4 - 9 to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2022 in No. 37 and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union by persons specified in the corresponding confirmations of purpose of the imported goods provided by subitems 7.1. 40, 7.1.42 - 7.1.47 Items 7 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of November 27, 2009 No. 130.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
