1.1-1. legal entities - residents, being the insurance companies having the right to receive cash foreign currency (US dollars, euro, the Chinese yuans) from legal entities - nonresidents, individual entrepreneurs - nonresidents in case of realization of the right to claim of the insurer (beneficiary) against person responsible for the damages paid as a result of insurance according to insurance contracts (joint insurance) of export risks which passed to these organizations including with support of the state;

1.2. the cash foreign currency received by the legal entity – the resident according to subitem 1.1 of this Item:

outside the Republic of Belarus, is subject to transfer into the account of this legal entity – the resident, opened in bank of the Republic of Belarus, before the expiration of the repatriation term determined by it;

in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and also outside the Republic of Belarus and imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, is subject to delivery in cash desk of the legal entity – the resident, or to employees of service of collection, or in the serving bank of the Republic of Belarus, its division or other bank of the Republic of Belarus no later than the working day following behind day of its obtaining in the territory (import to the territory) of the Republic of Belarus;

1.3. legal entities – residents when carrying out the transactions specified in subitem 1.2 of this Item submit to banks of the Republic of Belarus documents and data for accomplishment of stipulated by the legislation measures for prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way, financings of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction;

1.4. the cash foreign currency received by the legal entity – the resident according to subitem 1.1 of this Item, is subject to check on its authenticity and solvency taking into account requirements of the regulatory legal acts regulating cash circulation including the organization of cash work in banks of the Republic of Belarus;

1.5. the cash foreign currency returned by bank of the Republic of Belarus to the legal entity – to the resident as not corresponding to signs of solvency of banknotes in foreign currency, and also damaged (shabby), is subject to delivery in cash desk of this legal entity – the resident for the subsequent return (exchange) to the legal entity – to the nonresident, the individual entrepreneur – the nonresident.

2. For the purposes of this resolution terms in the values determined in article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About currency control and currency exchange control" are applied.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is effective till December 31, 2024.
