About establishment of forms of decisions

Based on Item 5 of article 61 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 129-Z

1. Establish forms:

decisions on collection of unpaid customs payments, penalty fee, percent, other payments which collection is assigned to customs authorities, at the expense of the money deposited as ensuring discharge of duty on payment of customs duties, taxes, the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties, ensuring fulfillment of duties of the legal entity performing activities in the field of customs affairs, and (or) ensuring fulfillment of duties of Authorized Economic Operator according to appendix 1;

decisions on collection of unpaid customs payments, penalty fee, percent, other payments which collection is assigned to customs authorities, at the expense of the money deposited as the advance payments which are excessively paid and (or) excessively collected amounts of the customs payments, the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties or other money enlisted on the current (settlement) bank account opened for transfer of payments in the budget, control of which payment is exercised by customs authorities, according to appendix 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 25, 2022.
