1. Approve Regulations on administration of the goods imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of implementation of measures, directed to increase in stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of digital development of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Customs Service under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and about approval of the inventories imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of implementation of measures, directed to increase in stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union" of March 17, 2022 to No. 37.

1. This Provision regulates the questions connected with administration of the goods imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of implementation of measures, directed to increase in stability of the economies of the state members of the Eurasian Economic Union specified in the Inventory, imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union for the purpose of implementation of measures, directed to increase in stability of economies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2022 No. 37 (further - the Decision of Council).

Chapter 2. Conditions of import of separate types of goods to which the tariff privileges are applied

On commodity importation, used for production of pharmaceutical products, imported into the Kyrgyz Republic, included in the list according to appendix No. 3 to the Decision of Council, provision by the applicant in customs authority of the confirmation of the purpose of imported goods issued by authorized body in the field of industrial policy, and containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of such goods, and also on the organizations performing import is required.

On commodity importation, used for production of electronic products, imported into the Kyrgyz Republic, included in the list according to appendix No. 4 to the Decision of Council, provision by the applicant in customs authority of the confirmation of the purpose of imported goods issued by authorized body in the field of industrial policy, and containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of such goods, and also on the organizations performing import is required.

5. On commodity importation, the digital technologies used for the purpose of development imported into the Kyrgyz Republic included in the list according to appendix No. 5 to the Decision of Council provision by the applicant in customs authority of the confirmation of the purpose of imported goods issued by authorized body in the field of information technologies, and containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of such goods, and also on the organizations performing import is required.

On commodity importation, used for production of light industry, imported into the Kyrgyz Republic, included in the list according to appendix No. 6 to the Decision of Council, provision by the applicant in customs authority of the confirmation of the purpose of imported goods issued by authorized body in the field of industrial policy, and containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of such goods, and also on the organizations performing import is required.

7. On commodity importation, used for production of metallurgical products, imported into the Kyrgyz Republic, included in the list according to appendix No. 7 to the Decision of Council, provision by the applicant in customs authority of the confirmation of the purpose of imported goods issued by authorized body in the field of industrial policy, and containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of such goods, and also on the organizations performing import is required.

8. On commodity importation, used in construction industry, imported into the Kyrgyz Republic, included in the list according to appendix No. 8 to the Decision of Council, provision by the applicant in customs authority of the confirmation of the purpose of imported goods issued by authorized body in the field of industrial policy, and containing data on the nomenclature, quantity, cost of such goods, and also on the organizations performing import is required.
