For application of the mode of export licensing of fertilizers mineral or chemical, nitric, by codes according to UKT foreign trade activities 3102 10 10 00, 3102 10 90th 00, 3102 21 00th 00, 3102 29 00th 00, 3102 30 10th 00, 3102 30 90th 00, 3102 80 00th 00, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine entered by the resolution of 29.12.2021 No. 1424 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2022" (with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.03.2022 No. 353) to approve the Temporary procedure for export licensing of some goods specified in Appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1424, which is applied.
