On regulation of the relations in the field of use of renewable energy resources

Article 1. Installations on use of renewable energy resources (the block station working at renewable energy resources) are attracted to participate in regulation of the daily schedule of covering of electric loading of the Belarusian power system.
The procedure for creation * installations on use of renewable energy resources, acquisitions by the power supplying organizations which are part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo (further - the power supplying organizations), the electrical energy made from renewable energy resources and delivered by producers of energy from renewable energy resources in the state energy networks, uses of the released means is determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

* For the purposes of this Law creation is understood creation new, and also as upgrade and reconstruction of the operating installations on use of renewable energy resources.
Rates for the electrical energy made from renewable energy resources and acquired by the power supplying organizations are established at price level on electrical energy for the industrial and equated to them consumers with the attached capacity to 750 kV · And using the minimum stimulating coefficients for installations on use of renewable energy resources of certain type and electric power regardless of the period of their operation.
Provisions of part three of this Article do not extend to the electrical energy made from renewable energy resources by the installations on use of renewable energy resources created by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs only for the purpose of energy ensuring the economic activity, made over the amounts necessary for the specified purposes.
The sizes of the coefficients applied in case of establishment of rates for the electrical energy made by installations on use of renewable energy resources are established by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade and can be differentiated depending on type of renewable energy resources, electric power, the actual service life of the equipment of such installations for date of their input in operation, and also from other parameters of installations.
Article 2. Suspend the paragraph of the fourth of Article 16 and parts of the second or fifth article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2010 No. 204-Z "About renewable energy resources".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective since June 1, 2022.
