About military uniform of clothes and signs of distinction of the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service

1. Approve:

1) the description of military uniform of clothes of the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service, according to appendix 1;

2) the description of signs of distinction and fitment of military uniform of clothes of the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service, according to appendix 2;

3) the description ceremonial, daily and field shoulder strap of the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service, according to appendix 3;

4) the list of state bodies (military forming) to whom operation of this Decree, according to appendix 4 extends.

2. Determine that:

- the dress code and signs of distinction of persons who are not the military personnel cannot be similar to military uniform of clothes and signs of distinction of the military personnel, and also similar to them to extent of mixing, except for dress code and signs of distinction of the officers, ensigns and the military personnel of contractual service transferred to the reserve or resignation with the right of wearing military uniform of clothes and signs of distinction;

- the military personnel has the right to wearing military uniform of clothes and signs of distinction of old sample before complete use of inventories and gradual transition to again established military uniform of clothes.

4. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.

5. Recognize invalid:

1) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About military uniform of clothes and signs of distinction of the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service" of May 2, 2015 No. 82;

2) Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of June 1, 2016 No. 136;

3) the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About military uniform of clothes and signs of distinction of the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service" of May 2, 2015" of September 30, 2020 No. 181.

6. This Decree becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.

The description of military uniform of clothes of the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service

1. General provisions

2) the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - GKNB) - cornflower-blue color;

3) the Border service of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - PS GKNB) - green color;

4) National guard of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - NG) and aircraft Sil of air defense of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - SVO) - blue color;

7. Color of berets of the military personnel of Armed Forces, other military forming and state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic in which the law provides military service is determined for:

1) MO:

- divisions of special purpose - dark green color;

- aircraft of SVO - blue color;

- other divisions - black color;

2) NG - blue color;

3) PS GKNB - green color;

4) SIN in case of the MU and Interior Ministry Troops - maroon color.
