About modification of the Section III of Provisions on the commission on consideration of claims and preparation of offers concerning the organization and carrying out open tenderings (auctions) for asset sale (property) of banks which are removed from the market or are liquidated

According to Items 1-1 and 2 of part five, part six of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Make to the section III of Provisions on the commission on consideration of claims and preparation of offers concerning the organization and carrying out open tenderings (auctions) for asset sale (property) of banks which are removed from the market or are liquidated, the Fund approved by the decision of executive directorate of guaranteeing household deposits against March 30, 2017 No. 1302, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 25, 2017 for No. 544/30412 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 20, 2017 No. 3116), the following changes:

Item 4 after words of "temporary disability" to add 1) with the word "idle time";

Item 5 to add 2) with the offer of the following content: "In case of absence of the secretary of the Commission (leave, business trip, the period of temporary disability, simple) execution of its obligations is assigned to person determined by the order of Fund on statement of personal and quantitative structure of the Commission.".

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Control over the implementation of this decision to leave for the managing director.
