According to Item 2 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity", and also Section 10 of Appendix 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union, I ORDER:

1. Impose export ban from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a period of six months other large bottles, bottles, bottles and similar products, reservoir no more than 2 l (code of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 3923 30 10 90 (further – code of the CN FEA EEU); other large bottles, bottles, bottles and similar products, reservoir more than 2 l (code of the CN FEA EEU 3923 30 90th 90); waste, cuttings and scrap, from plastic of polymers of propylene (code of the CN FEA EEU 3915 90 11th 00).

2. To committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify:

1) Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan about ensuring control on execution of Item 1 of this order;

2) the Ministry of Trade and integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan about need:

inform the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of prohibition of this order specified in Item 1;

submit for consideration of the Eurasian economic commission the offer on introduction of the measure specified in Item 1 of this order on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. To provide to committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
