About establishment of category of payers of customs payments, special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties, percent and penalty fee

1. Establish category of payers of customs payments, special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties, percent and penalty fee for which completion dates of notifications and amendments to notifications on the amounts of customs payments, the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties which are not paid at the scheduled time, percent and penalty fee (further - the notification) differ from specified in part 19 of article 73 of the Federal law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" which the customs applicants answering to at the same time following conditions treat (further - payers):

the customs applicant is included in the list of the systemically important organizations of the Russian economy;

the customs applicant has unexecuted obligation on payment of import customs duties, taxes, the special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties, percent and penalty fee on the notifications directed by customs authority in 2018;

concerning the customs applicant the Arbitration Court takes interim measures in the form of suspension of action of the decision of customs authority and prohibition to customs authority to make actions for recovery by enforcement of customs payments, special, anti-dumping, compensatory duties, penalty fee.

2. Determine that completion date of the notifications which are not performed by payers and sent them by customs authorities in 2018, other than the Federal Law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" established by part 19 of Article 73 expires on December 31, 2022.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
