According to subitem 12.4.5 of Item 12.4 of Article 12 and Item 284.5 of article 284 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve the Procedure for provision by local government bodies to monitoring bodies in electronic form of information on allocation of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) to owners of land shares (shares) based on decisions of local government body which is applied.

Procedure for provision by local government bodies to monitoring bodies in electronic form of information on allocation of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) to owners of land shares (shares) based on decisions of local government body

1. Village, settlement, city councils (further - local government bodies) provide to the relevant monitoring body on the location of the parcels of land information in electronic form on allocation of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) to owners of land shares (shares) based on the decisions of local government body made in previous year till February 1 of the current year in form according to appendix.

2. In 2022 information on decisions of local government body which were made till January 1, 2022 on allocation of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) to owners of land shares (shares) is provided to the relevant monitoring body on the location of such parcels of land till July 1, 2022.

3. Information on allocation of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) is provided to owners of land shares (shares) based on decisions of local government body with copies of such documents:

the identity document and confirming citizenship of Ukraine (the passport of the citizen);

registration number of accounting card of the taxpayer;

the cadastral plan of the parcel of land on the project of land management on the organization of the territory of land shares (shares);

the certificate on the right to land share (share) (in the presence).

4. In case of decision making and/or modification by local government bodies of earlier made decisions of local government body on allocation of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) to owners of land shares (shares), information on such changes is provided to the relevant monitoring body on the location of the parcels of land within 30 calendar days from the date of their introduction and/or acceptance.

In case of acceptance or modification of such decisions local government bodies provide such decisions to the relevant monitoring body on the location of the parcel of land till January 1, 2025.

5. Information specified in Items 1 - 4 presents of the Procedure, moves means of electronic communication through electronic office in electronic form taking into account the requirements established by the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine.
