According to subitem 12.4.5 of Item 12.4 of Article 12 and Item 284.5 of article 284 of the Tax Code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Approve the Procedure for provision by local government bodies to monitoring bodies in electronic form of information on allocation of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) to owners of land shares (shares) based on decisions of local government body which is applied.

Village, settlement, city councils (further - local government bodies) provide to the relevant monitoring body on the location of the parcels of land information in electronic form on allocation of the parcels of land in nature (on the area) to owners of land shares (shares) based on the decisions of local government body made in previous year till February 1 of the current year in form according to appendix.
