Some questions of implementation of the state financial control in the conditions of warlike situation

According to article 12-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", to articles 2 and 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of implementation of the state financial control in Ukraine", to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", for the purpose of ensuring the state financial control of use of the state resources in wartime the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Determine that the Public auditing service and its interregional territorial authorities during warlike situation and within a month after its termination or cancellation carry out the powers taking into account such features:

perform actions of the state financial control taking into account warlike situation;

duration of actions of the state financial control (inspection, the state financial audit, check of purchases) and other terms determined by procedures for holding these actions of the state financial control does not join the term during which such measure (the organization of carrying out, registration, the realization) was not enabled in connection with the circumstances caused by warlike situation;

provision of documents during the actions of the state financial control, counter reconciliations, information collection and documentation of process of the state financial control, realization of materials by its results are performed in paper and/or electronic form.
