About approval of the Procedure of state registration of livestock capacities and operators of the market
According to part fifteen of article 44 of the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure of state registration of livestock capacities and operators of the market which is applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and No. 1206-IX "About veterinary medicine" becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine of February 4, 2021.

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of state registration:
1) the livestock capacities intended for content, cultivation, cultivation of domestic land animals, bees, objects of aquaculture, collection, production, conversion of reproductive material, and also other livestock capacities which are not subject to approval according to article 43 of the Law of Ukraine "About veterinary medicine" (further - the Law);
2) the operators of the market performing the activities connected with:
transportation of domestic hoofed animals for the purposes of export from Ukraine;
collection of domestic hoofed animals and/or poultry without capacity utilization, including operators of the market who perform sale or purchase of the specified animals.
