Rules of decision making about continuation of the request for limits of the Russian Federation of shares of the Russian issuers which organization of the address about day of entry into force of article 6 of the Federal law "About Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law "About Joint-stock Companies" and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" was performed by means of placement according to foreign law of securities of the foreign issuers certifying the rights concerning shares of the Russian issuers;

Rules of issue to the Russian issuers of permission not to make the actions directed to receipt of the foreign issuer by security holders, the rights to which are considered in the Russian depositaries, the corresponding number of shares of the Russian issuer, and permission to make the specified actions upon termination of the term of continuation of the request for limits of the Russian Federation of shares of the Russian issuers provided by the decision on continuation of the request for limits of the Russian Federation of shares of the Russian issuers which organization of the address about day of entry into force of article 6 of the Federal law "About Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law "About Joint-stock Companies" and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" was performed by means of placement according to foreign law of securities of the foreign issuers certifying the rights concerning shares of the Russian issuers;

Bring in the Regulations on Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 6, 2008 No. 510 "About Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 28, Art. 3382; 2018, No. 16, Art. 2384), following changes:

a) add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Decision making about continuation of the request for limits of the Russian Federation of shares of the Russian issuers which organization of the address about day of entry into force of article 6 of the Federal law "About Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law "About Joint-stock Companies" and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation" was performed by means of placement according to foreign law of securities of the foreign issuers certifying the rights concerning shares of the Russian issuers also belongs to the main objectives of the Commission.";

b) add item 4 with the subitem "d" of the following content:

"e) makes other decisions based on separate acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication of the Federal Law "About Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law "About Joint-stock Companies" and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation".
