I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure for rendering services in the organization of driving of vehicles through paid highways public of federal importance, to paid sections of such highways (further - the paid highway), the rights and obligations of the operator and the user the paid highway.

a) "information system" - the set of information technologies and technical means (digital platform) of collection of fare intended for automation and control of collection of fare used by the operator;

II. Procedure for the organization of driving through the paid highway

a) by entrance of the vehicle managed by the user on the paid highway;

d) by registration of the user in information system;

e) by agreement signature.

5. The user brings fare on the paid highway according to the Rules of collection of fare on paid highways public of federal importance and paid sections of such highways approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 30, 2021 No. 1652 "About approval of Rules of collection of fare on paid highways public of federal importance and paid sections of such highways" (further - Rules of collection of fare).

6. The information displays established by the operator shall conform to requirements of the state standard specification 32945-2014 standard "Highways public. Route signs.
